Stack and Breathe

0963 Stack and Breathe Beginner Class

This session introduces one of the most underestimated relationships in the body — the connection between breath and posture. Every inhale your ribcage takes creates internal length and space through the spine. Your vertebrae gently separate. Your postural muscles switch on from the inside out. Most people have never experienced this consciously. In this session, members will feel it — not as an idea, but as a physical sensation. Slow, diaphragmatic breathing is paired with postural awareness work in seated and standing positions. By the end, members will understand that breath isn’t just oxygen delivery. It’s a built-in tool for creating the tall, light, uncompressed feeling that this month is built around. And unlike a session, breath is available all day long.
