Impact if disabled: You’ll need to reset preferences each visit. Videos will start from the beginning each time. You’ll lose saved favorites and watch history.

3. Analytics Cookies (Optional)

These cookies help us understand how you use our Platform so we can improve it.

What they do:

  • Popular content: Identify which classes members love most
  • Video engagement: Measure completion rates and viewing patterns

Duration: Up to 2 years

Impact if disabled: No impact on your experience. We just won’t know how you use the Platform, which may affect our ability to improve it.

4. Marketing Cookies (Optional – Coming Soon)

These cookies help us show you relevant ads and measure marketing effectiveness.

What they do:

  • Conversion tracking: Measure which marketing campaigns bring new members
  • Retargeting: Show you relevant ads after you visit our site
