Rooted To Rise

0966 Rooted to Rise Intermediate Class

Postural strength is a chain. The neck and upper back can only be as free as the foundation beneath them — and for most people, that foundation is undertrained. This session addresses the lumbar spine, deep core, and pelvic floor as a system, building the stability that gives the entire spine something solid to stack on. Pelvic floor activation is integrated with upright posture and functional positions, and deep abdominal work is taught in ways that support length rather than compression. Members will likely experience something unexpected here: that getting stronger below creates freedom above. The tight shoulders loosen. The neck releases. The floating feeling becomes available not just after a breath, but as a structural baseline. This is the session that makes the upper body work from the previous sessions sustainable.
