0913 Discover Your Compression Patterns Beginner Class

Welcome! Today we’re beginning a journey of discovery—learning where your spine holds compression and what it feels like when you create space. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using your small ball to help you feel the difference between compressed and lengthened. There’s no rush, just gentle exploration. Let’s start.

This session is part of Spine Spacing Series

This Series teaches you to reverse the daily compression your spine experiences from sitting, gravity, and stress. You’ll learn to create space between your vertebrae, release tension from your neck to your lower back, and discover what it feels like when your spine finally has room to breathe

Excellent class; feels that’s helping with areas of tightness while focusing on better breathing.

For me, this felt great: I wore my sweater so the ball felt fine under my bony sternum haha! I was a bit worried about the final move, extending over the ball under the shoulderblades, as sometimes this position triggers vertigo. But I respected my range and only went as far as I could handle; so it felt fine. Looking forward to the next class in the series. Thank u!
