Why Stretching Your Hips Doesn’t Make Them Mobile

0950 Why Stretching Your Hips Every Day Doesnt Make Them More Mobile Intermediate Class

Dynamic mobility is where strength meets flexibility. Today we move through your hip range actively — not passive holds, but controlled, powerful movements that build usable mobility. The kind that stays with you when you get up from a chair, walk up stairs, or reach for something on the floor.

This session is part of Hip Strength & Mobility: The Foundations Series

This Series teaches you how to understand your hips in a way you never have before — not just how to stretch them, but how to strengthen, mobilise, and trust them. The stiffness, the aching, the feeling of being locked up? That’s what we’re here to change

Loved the internal/external rotation of the hips! It was a great glute massage!

My hip flexors were sore today, so it was good to work through the range/mobility. The move where we flowed through Mermaid, extended the leg etc. was particularly helpful. Thank i!

This was great! Challenging for sure, but doable (mostly!). Definitely bookmarking this hip series and coming back to it again, and again. My back needs stronger hips!
