    I had a busy day and at the end of the day I wanted to get some movement in. This was perfect: not too much but got the blood flowing. I really like the straight back, bending and straightening the legs move: it’s hard to get the legs straight, but for those short intervals, it was a good challenge. Then I could hold it for the arms-above-the-head move. Felt great: thank you!
