0879 The Integrated Foundations Beginner Class

It’s time to bring everything together and move as one. You’ve built your stable center. You’ve felt how movement ripples through your body. In this session, we’ll coordinate your upper and lower body through your active core. We’ll use gentle, full-body movements like rolling exercises and all-fours variations to help you discover how everything works as a team. This is where you’ll start to feel what integrated strength really means—not just stability, but coordination. Your whole body learning to support itself in motion.

This session is part of Full Body Kickstart Series

This series isn’t about working isolated muscles or pushing through pain. It’s about training your body the way it was designed to work — as one intelligent, connected system.

The move flexing/extending in quadraped with knees offset was way more challenging for me on the right side. Modified Back Support is becoming a favourite move: it’s challenging because my shoulders r tight, the opening in the front of the chest is great, the work in the arms and hamstrings builds up: I love it. Thank u!

Wonderful class that moved the entire body like an internal shower. Felt a little cardio boost as well. Thank you, Mira!
