In this quick Mat workout, You will move and work your entire body. We will start with warming up the core and finding balance in the pelvis with single leg pelvic curl variation. We will dive into more challenging traditional abdominal exercises like Hamstring Pull 1, 2 & 3 and spinal articulation exercise such as Roll Over. We will finish off with back extension and the infamous seal puppy!

    I did this yesterday, paired with one of your quick upper body sessions. This is great, a lot packed into 20 min. cuz of the speedy pace. I noticed how challenging I found Side Planks: I will try to be more intentional about doing more upper body work. Loved it: thank u!
