0962 Finding Your Postural Muscles Beginner Class

Most people have never consciously felt their postural muscles. They know their glutes, their abs, their shoulders — but the deep stabilisers that are supposed to hold them tall all day? Those are invisible. This session changes that. Through slow, mindful movement and careful attention to sensation, members begin to locate the muscles that have been quietly waiting to be switched on. There’s no intensity here, no burning, no effort. Just the particular satisfaction of finding something that was always there. Members will learn to feel the difference between gripping — which exhausts the wrong muscles — and activating, which is almost effortless when it’s right. By the end, they’ll stand up and notice something has shifted. That noticing is the beginning of everything.
