A STABLE PELVIS & STRONG CORE are essential for your posture and alignment. They allow you to move freely and without pain. The transversus abdominis (TA) is the deepest layer of muscle that runs around your abdomen. Responsible for your core engagement and stability. Today you will connect your breath to your TA, find your neutral pelvis position and practice pelvic stability. Creating a stronger center that is better able to support your spine. This class will load your center with core exercises. Be sure to maintain inner abdominal pressure throughout. This means holding the TA contraction during these movements. By the end of this class, your spine will feel lengthened and supported. You will be able to hold your natural alignment with ease. Let’s begin.

Feel-good and gentle, with breath work to calm me down; and a bit of abs & glute work. Just what I needed at the end of a long week: thank u!
