Welcome to Dynamic Stretch and Flow. Today is about movement that feels as good as it looks—flowing stretches, intentional pulses, and deep breathing. This is restorative but not passive. You’ll move with purpose and leave feeling both relaxed and energized. Let’s flow.

This session is part of Pilates with Tash Barnard: Five Essential Sessions Series

These Five Essential Sessions give you exactly that. We have foundational mat work for those building their Pilates practice, intelligent progressions for intermediate movers, standing work to build functional strength, and dynamic stretching that feels incredible.

I found this one was quite tough: I wasn’t relaxed after it but rather got a good workout! The transitions were quick e.g. leg in the air to Lunge; balance practice; lots of good arm burn from weight-bearing in the arms. For me, it was intermediate; advanced if u did that pistol squat variation (which I couldn’t haha!)..

    Loved it: thank u!
