Cervical & Thoracic Work

0916 Upper Body Freedom Deep Cervical & Thoracic Work Intermediate Class

Today we’re going deeper into your upper spine—combining cervical decompression with thoracic extension and rotation. This is where desk posture creates the most compression, and we’re going to change that. Expect to feel your chest open, your neck lengthen, and your mid-back come alive. Small ball ready? Let’s create some serious space.

This session is part of Spine Spacing Series

This Series teaches you to reverse the daily compression your spine experiences from sitting, gravity, and stress. You’ll learn to create space between your vertebrae, release tension from your neck to your lower back, and discover what it feels like when your spine finally has room to breathe

I think because of the length, this was more triggering of my vertigo than the earlier ones in the series. Still really good, I just went slowly and carefully; but I was a little nauseous by the end. I love the sidelying and Mermaid section: that felt great! Thank u.
