0948 Why One Hip Always Feels Weaker Beginner Class

Today we target the side of your hips — your abductors and lateral stabilisers. These muscles are often the most neglected, and they’re responsible for keeping you steady when you walk, climb stairs, or stand on one leg. Small muscles, big impact.

This session is part of Hip Strength & Mobility: The Foundations Series

This Series teaches you how to understand your hips in a way you never have before — not just how to stretch them, but how to strengthen, mobilise, and trust them. The stiffness, the aching, the feeling of being locked up? That’s what we’re here to change

I loved lifting and lowering the leg while lifted halfway up (in Bridge), and also the following move holding isometrically – a great challenge! And bouncy Hot Potato and writing ‘Pilates’; it burned the glutes! Thank u!
