We put our breathing and TVA activation to practice with pre pilates exercises. I will guide you through a set of 6 fundamental Pilates exercises:
1. Pelvic rocks
2. Knee opening
3. Single leg slide
4. Hip circles
5. Obliques lift
6. Diamond press back extension
This is a great class to help you understand your body before progressing on the more challenging exercises. Go slow and try to focus on recruiting the correct muscles. Especially observe your pelvis and lower back stability.
