A great end to 2025: lots of challenge e.g following the rotating arm with the eyes sure challenges the balance. The One-Way Corkscrew massages deep into that side of the back, and then rolling up from table is challenging! I appreciated the long Pike stretches + Thread the Needle. Thank you Mira! Beautiful culmination to a most lovely series. Your words of wisdom, authenticity, and humor made each class a fun experience on the mat. The mantras were the sprinkles on the cupcake. I loved the marshmallow imagery; it truly made sense during Mama Swan!! Now off to hot cocoa with marshmallows, as it it freezing weather in our area!! Much gratitude to you, Mira!!
