Foot Mobility

6

Our feet and ankles deserve more attention. As we place such a great demand on them in our everyday activities (walking/standing/running etc). The foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, more than 100 ligaments, and more than a dozen muscles. In this foot mobility routine you will learn different techniques you can use to keep your feet injury-free and performing well. Everyone’s feet are unique and building an awareness of how your feet function will help you improve your posture. Take good care of your ankles, arches, and toes. It can be done in a few minutes a day and just might make the difference in keeping your feet, knee, and hips pain and injury-free. You will need a small towel to assist you in this class.

My ankle was sore from a jump rope sess, so I switched over to this. Even though it focused on the feet and toes, it made my ankle feel better too. Thank u!
