30 Core Centric intermediate

Grab a yoga block or a thick book, like a dictionary, for today’s session. Using off-level foot placement on the block, we’ll add a new dimension to engaging your pelvic floor. This approach stretches and strengthens these muscles, forming a solid foundation for your core. You’ll also test your core balance with exercises that lift parts of your body off the ground. By the end, you’ll feel nicely support in your posture. Ready to deepen your strength? Just press play!

Loved every move, including the tough Lean-back with heels flexed. But Rollover with bent knees was IMpossible for me! I did it but could only move the smallest bit up. Still, loved the challenge. I felt my abs the next day from all the effort. Thank u!

First rollover was pretty successful but by the fifth, I was just laughing with the failure! I’ll come back to this maybe next week and see if I can’t get all of them. Great challenge-lesson. Thanks!

Forgot to add that this lesson is part of the August Reaching Your Deep Core program with the “diaphragm up” breathing so every time I heard “zip up”, I substituted “diaphragm up”.
