0878 The Ripple Effect Beginner Class

Now that you’ve found your center, let’s see how everything connects from there. Your body works as a chain, not in isolated parts. In this session, we’ll practice keeping your core steady while your arms and legs move. You’ll feel how a stable center gives your limbs freedom and power. We’ll use simple movements like leg slides and arm arcs to explore this connection—learning to control how movement ripples through your body with strength and ease.

This session is part of Full Body Kickstart Series

This series isn’t about working isolated muscles or pushing through pain. It’s about training your body the way it was designed to work — as one intelligent, connected system.

I was in a grumpy mood yesterday, but I knew some movement would help. This was feel-good, got the blood flowing, a bit of work (but not too much for my grumps), and quick. Really appreciated.
