This feels so good, and I can feel the burn. I had strong and flexible hips for most of my life until a few injuries changed that. These workouts are helping me get my hip mobility and strength back!

I love your workouts and they have saved my body over the last three years I have been doing them. One thing I’m still not sure about is that my knees cave in. Any time I am standing on one leg and bend it, the knee collapses inwards. What do I do about this? I have naturally bowed legs and v little strength in my thighs and that is probably a big factor. Thank you!
