Steady Base

4

You don’t need to be strong to start this — that’s the whole point. We begin low, at the base: glutes, thighs, the muscles of your hips and feet that hold you up all day without you noticing. Slow and controlled, so you actually feel what’s working. No pushing, no rushing — just the foundation everything else in this series stands on.

This session is part of Strong Foundation Series

We build it the way a house is built: foundation first. The lower body comes first — steady legs and hips — then we rise to the back, shoulders, and arms. A beginner and intermediate option for each, so you start where you are. You don’t need to be strong to begin. You just need to begin.
