Building Your Personal Routine
Discover what your body needs and create a practice that feels like coming home.

The idea of keeping up a consistent practice doesn’t feel overwhelming anymore, does it?

Because now you know what your body needs. You understand the principles. You can choose intelligently instead of guessing randomly. You’ve learned to distinguish between productive challenge and harmful strain. You’ve discovered what your body craves on tired days versus energetic days.

You’re not “trying Pilates” anymore. You’re a person who does Pilates.

Sounds small, but that changes everything.

Choose 3 classes based on what your body needs. There’s no wrong choice—only what feels right for you today.

Repeat your favorite class from Weeks 1-4. Find that class that felt best in your body—the one where everything clicked, and you felt truly aligned.

Choose a class from Weeks 1-4 you want to master—one that challenged you but felt achievable, where you can feel yourself getting stronger each time.

Choose the class you avoided or skipped. Sometimes the practice we resist most is the one we need. Approach it with curiosity, not judgment.

Week 6: Your “After” Snapshot

Go to your Success Kit PDF and complete your final reflection.

This is important. Don’t skip it.

Before you write, go back and read your “Before” snapshot from Day 1.

Then answer these questions:

What has shifted in your body since Day 1?
• Where do you feel more freedom, ease, or strength than you did six weeks ago?
• How has your relationship with movement changed?
• Look at the word you chose on Day 1—the word for how you wanted to feel in your body. Do you feel closer to that word now? How?
• What surprised you most about these six weeks?
• What will you take with you into the next phase of your practice?

This isn’t just a journal entry. It’s proof that you’ve transformed. Write it down. Honor it. Celebrate it.
